This is a tasty salad we made from lettuce grown in my dad's garden. We added all sorts of chopped up greatness such as celery, apple, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, carrot, artichoke hearts and feta cheese, obviously! All sprinkled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mmm... Do I really need to tell you how tasty it was?
